Lenior Woods is a continuing care retirement community, which means that independent living, residential care, memory care and skilled nursing are available within our community.

Houses, Duplexes, Cottages and Apartments for Senior Living
Lenoir Woods features 70 houses, 34 duplexes and 20 cottages in the Village. There also are 68 spacious senior living apartments in the smoke-free Maplewood building. These independent living options feature a variety of amenities that allow you to focus on what's truly important.

Residential Care Apartments
We offer 15 private apartments; 5 private suites and 34 private studios, all designed for residential care in a smoke-free environment. Residential care features 24-hour staffing, help with personal care, medication assistance, weekly housekeeping and laundry services, plus three delicious meals each day.

Skilled Care
Lenoir Woods offers 54 private and 66 semi-private skilled nursing rooms, providing 24-hour professional nursing and memory care.
